"Appetizers, main dishes, and dessert were great with local staples on the menu."
"Unfortunately the salmon was served undercooked."
5 Wanted to try Murcian typical plates so we went to Viandas while visiting the city center. Staff was super friendly even though it was very busy. Food took long because of this, but it was delicious and worth the wait.
5 Nice place with bar and tables. Appetizers, main dishes, and dessert were great with local staples on the menu.
4 Nice food, but it's a bit expensive for what you get in the surroundings. Staff were helpful but kept very busy, so long waits. Stake and chicken was lovely, just a shame they didn't have one or two more servers on.
5 Typical Spanish tapas bar in Murcia city. Beautiful food the staff were very helpful we had a variety of tapas and all very delicious.
5 One of the best places to enjoy local food. Nice cooks, food and staff
5 Found this place on GoFoodie and it did not disappoint. If you're looking for great rice dishes for lunch this is your place. The vegetable paella is amazing.
5 The two waitresses had an almost impossible job covering all the tables, they did there best but inevitable our food came out cold. It was delicious, I had the pigs cheek, but the owners need to employ more staff, as it is they are letting down the chefs who prepare good food and the waitresses who do their best and the customer.
5 We discovered it by chance as it wasn’t far from our Airbnb. Even tho it was outside of Spanish hours for serving food (around 5ish) the guy served us some jamòn and some tapas there were ready to serve with beer. Also even tho jis English was weak he still took the time to explain to us the menu and serve us It was a nice discovery We passed by it another day later in the evening and it was full
Las Viandas offers typical Murcian dishes and Spanish tapas, focusing on local staples with great desserts and wines.
It’s ideal for a relaxed sit-down meal where you can enjoy a variety of small plates and drinks at a cozy bar or table.
The place can get busy, especially during lunch and dinner, so visiting outside peak hours might mean shorter waits.
